It's hard to believe, from a small website running out of a terrace in North Sydney to being a major part of a multinational marketing services company in the space of a few short years. Pretty wild when you stop to think about it.
You have created an incredible and unconventional workplace, one that has made me completely rethink how work can be done.
 

Jason "The cursing coder"

You have an incredible blend of logic and creativity, the amount that you are able to process in a calm and casual manner is incredible. I remember in the old office, when you were the only developer, you would put on your headphones when you had a chunk of coding to do and you would curse and swear out loud at yourself like a crazy person. Maybe a small insight of what goes on in your head.

 

Cameron "The html cowboy/iron wolf"

When I joined the business, I did not fully understand the scary depth of your creative mind. It has been great working with you to come up with all sorts of crazy ideas. I have enjoyed the many debates that you have used your imaginary friends and relatives as fake case studies to get your point across.

 

Pete "If only we had a CMS"

Pete you have put up with many of us breaking your code, you have always been willing to help all us get better and learn new skills. I really marvel at the way that you can take some random ideas in a slide deck and turn it into an amazing and functional design, always giving us 3 choices, a crap one, an ok one and the one that you want us to choose.

 

I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to work and learn from all of you over the past 6 years. I am going to miss having you around
