When I think back to where I was when I started at WhistleOut and where I am now, the change is immense and I have you guys to thank.

I still remember when I first met Cameron, we met for coffee and I pitched him an entirely new website. I had it all sketched out in my head. It was called "Tech Tonic" and it was going to be the best tech reviews website in Australia, if not the whole world. Cameron patiently listened to the pitch (it was short and light on details) and then moved the conversation along. I clearly had no idea what I was doing.

Over the past 7 years, you have given me the help I needed to learn and grow, and the space and freedom to make mistakes. You let me sit at the adult's table and have a voice in what was going on, which is pretty different to the way you are typically treated in this line of work.

But more than that, you have really looked out for me. When I've had my struggles, you always did what you could to make it easier. I've always felt really supported.

When we interview people for jobs, they invariably ask about company culture. I describe it like a family. We all get along, we enjoy spending time together, and we all enjoy working hard and learning from each other. It's not a bean-bags and foosball table kind of office, thank God. It's definitely the best place I've ever worked. Thanks so much for everything.
